ACME Solar Holdings Limited said on 5 June 2026 that it has successfully completed a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of Rs 2,800 crore.

A QIP raises equity capital from institutional investors and is commonly used by renewable-energy developers to fund project pipelines and reduce leverage. The completion marks one of the larger recent capital raises in the listed solar space.

ACME Solar is a power-sector company with a market value of about Rs 18,800 crore. Its shares rose about 2.8% on the day to around Rs 356, and are up roughly 36% over the past year.
