Ethos Limited, the luxury-watch retailer, told the exchanges on 5 June 2026 that it has received an order from the Commissioner (Appeals-III), CGST and Central Excise, Mumbai, in which the appeals filed by the company were dismissed and penalties aggregating about Rs 2.16 crore (Rs 2,15,78,391) were confirmed under Section 122(1) of the GST law.

The company disclosed the order under SEBI listing rules that require timely reporting of material legal and regulatory actions. Companies can typically pursue further appeal before higher forums.

Ethos is a consumer-durables and retail company with a market value of about Rs 6,400 crore. Its shares were broadly flat at around Rs 2,374.
